General Manager
Isa Jaber Ebrahim was appointed as Operations Manager at Santy Excavation & Construction Company W.L.L, August 2024. Highly experienced and dynamic, with comprehensive operational leadership in transport and machinery maintenance and hiring sector. Proven ability to effectively manage complex operations, drive efficiency, and lead teams to achieve strategic objectives. Within a year promoted to General Manager at Santy Trading CO W.L.L. Isa worked for Transport and Machineries Maintenance & Hiring & Sales field, etc., various positions — 15 years in Bahrain.

Sales Manager
Karthik was appointed as the Sales Manager in June 2025 at Santy Trading CO W.L.L. Highly accomplished and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales teams. Possessing extensive experience in the Lubricants & Tyre Field, he brings 17 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry, gained from both India and Bahrain. Executing strategic sales plans, fostering strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding targets, negotiation, and analytical skills. Prior to this, Karthik held various positions at Bridgestone, Hyundai, Ashok Leyland, and Axles India.

Over 25 years of extensive experience in financial reporting and strategic planning, with a proven track record in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to drive business growth gained through working primarily with leading companies in Bahrain.
